MConcierge is a complete mobile concierge system that allows for orders and/or requests for amenities, room service and other hotel services directly from a guest’s smartphone. MConcierge also features city guides and useful information that can be customized to a property’s specifications. MConcierge provides content that is managed by property staff.  The MConcierge system enables hotel and property management companies to increase their sales while providing a range of value- ‐added services to their guests and clients.
